WARRANTY POLICY

Parts warranty vary depending on supplier and product purchased. Please contact us to determine your available warranty.

 

Proof of purchase is required, an Automotive Plus invoice must accompany any parts being returned for warranty.

 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the parts (including cost of freight) to Automotive Plus.

REFUND POLICY

Automotive Plus will only accept product returns for refunds if:

  1. The product is faulty.

  2. The product does not match the advertised description on the Automotive Plus website.

  3. The product does not match the description as advised by an Automotive Plus staff member.

 

Refund is not available for incorrect purchases made by the buyer.

 

It is the responsibility of the buyer to return the parts (including cost of freight) to Automotive Plus.

 

Freight charges are exempt. No refund will be given to cover freight charges.

 

If an incorrect (does not match the attached packing slip) item is delivered to the customer at the fault of Automotive Plus, the cost to return and replace the item will be covered by Automotive Plus.

FREIGHT LOSS AND DAMAGE

Automotive Plus will not be held responsible for parts and products damaged or lost during transit. Please advise at time of purchase if you would like insurance on the products being shipped.

Automotive Plus take great care in properly packaging goods for transport.

Tracking may be available, please advise at time of purchase if you would like shipment tracking of your purchase.
